How do I get my refund ?
Our return policy only stands for 5 days after delivery . After 5 days we wont be able to offer you a refund.
For refund you can simply mail us on feyoka.clients@gmail.com and can tell us the reason for the refund. You also have to upload the proof of purchase i.e (receipt of your order).
TERMS &CONDITIONS (Within India)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item should also be in its original packing. Please do not send your purchase back without intimation to us.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE POSSIBLE ONLY
●If there is a manufacturing defect for example (missing parts, bad finish , defected bulb holder)
● If the Product is not same as the picture.
● If the Product is delivered damaged.
Shipping charges on return
You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Reverse shipping costs are non-refundable should you wish to cancel the order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation Policy
After placing the order from our site, customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. 3% of the order value will be charged and instant refund will be issued.
When and where will I get my refund ?
After approving your return we will credit the amount to the credit card/debit card /bank account used at the time of making payment when the order was placed.
Refund will take upto 10-15 working days.
Products sold outside india
No exchange and no refund. Goods once sold/dispatched will not be taken back or replaced.
